Omni~View’s mobile application offers a robust solution for drivers, enabling them to accept and complete transportation tasks through a real-time connection to Omni~View’s software suite. The enhanced communication capabilities of this app significantly improve the speed, accuracy, and convenience of driver interactions, thereby fostering greater productivity and boosting customer satisfaction.

Smooth Workflow 
The application replaces traditional written, phone, and email instructions with instantaneous electronic communication among drivers, operators, and customers. This shift enhances collaboration and ensures that information is shared appropriately in real-time.

Streamlined Data Management 
Drivers can record transaction histories that include geo-coded drop locations, asset images, inspections, markups, comments, and signed documents linked to relevant modules such as customers, units, orders, and dispatch. This systematic approach to data management benefits both internal and external customers.

 <li>Comparison of pickup and delivery images at service locations to document equipment damage and condition; ability to take units Out of Service when necessary.</li>
